I would like to take a moment to tell you about our little family business.

The “Boomer” is me. (boomer72708) I have been a race fan since the Razorback Speedway and Jenny Lind Speedway days in the 1960’s. I tried my hand at driving, but there was something missing between my brain and my foot. I get my jazz from racing by owning cars and engine building .Now, with help from my family, we are trying something new with the Expo {Trade show} and Auction. I have attended these from PRI to Phoenix, and always wondered why not Fort Smith, AR. We have a lot of racers and vendors in this area…so HERE WE GO

The CFO of the business is “Miss” Kim, my wife. She always finds a way to make the next “project” happen. I am lucky to have Miss Kim looking out for me as 5 out of 4 people are bad at math and I am one of them. Although she’s not a race fan, all I get is a roll of the eyes and “let’s do it”.

The VP of Event Procurement is our daughter, Patricia, my “favorite” daughter I will add. Every time I remind her of that, I get “Daddy, I AM your ONLY daughter!” to which I reply, “Would you rather be my favorite or only”. Then I hear “What do you want now?”, and whatever it is she finds a way to do it for me, at the cheapest price, too.

The VP of Event Coordination is our son, [please don’t call me Lil’ Boom] Paul. (Paul72708) Though not involved in the day to day operations of the business, he is there when I need him. He is always there to bounce an idea off of and tell me what he really thinks. I can count on him to take charge of any event duties and never have to worry if it gets done.

An upcoming member of the Business is our Grandson, Zachary. (Zachary72708) This is his first REAL” J O B. I hope he decides to stay in the business after our show in Fort Smith.

Though not a REAL family member, Bruce Terry (Bruce72708) is an important part of BOOMER MOTORSPORTS. ANY time I need Bruce he is at the shop before I can hang the phone up. We call him our surrogate son. I like to think it’s me he comes to see, but he always seems to be there for Miss Kim’s cooking.
